SHIPPING INFORMATION

1) WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?

We ship worldwide!

2) WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING METHODS BEAUTY CAROUSEL OFFER?

We offer a choice of SingPost OR Courier service doorstep delivery for all local deliveries in Singapore, and we offer a choice of DHL eCommerce OR DHL Xpress for international customers. 

We are unable to accept orders for P.O. Box addresses. We are not responsible for shipping information submitted incorrectly during purchase.

3) HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Local Customers (Singapore)

i. SingPost normal postage (without tracking) – S$0.00

ii. Courier service doorstep delivery (with tracking) – S$5.00

For orders above S$50, your delivery charge will be waived and we will deliver via Courier service doorstep delivery.

International Customers

i. DHL eCommerce (charged as per weight)

ii. DHL Express delivery (charged as per weight – not inclusive of customs fees or import duties)

For orders above S$99, your delivery charge will be waived and we will deliver via DHL eCommerce.

4) HOW LONG WOULD MY ORDER TAKE TO REACH ME?

It should take 3 to 8 working days for local deliveries by SingPost Normal Mail. Shipping time for international delivery would depend on your country and its proximity to Singapore, where we are based. As an estimate, DHL eCommerce would take about 7 to 20 business days while DHL Express would take about 5 to 7 days. Do note that we are not liable for any delay in shipment, lost mails, or detainment at the customs.

5) WHEN DO YOU DELIVER?

All orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days after payment is received. We operate daily from Monday to Friday, except for public holidays.

6) AM I ABLE TO TRACK MY ORDERS?

Tracking is available if you opt for local Courier Service or international DHL eCommerce/Express, you can easily check the status of your parcel at the respective courier websites.

If your order does not arrive after a prolonged wait (more than 5 working days for local customers; more than 10 working days for overseas customers), please email enquiry@beautycarousel.com and quote your invoice number.

7) RE-DELIVERY

All deliveries will be attempted once. Subsequent delivery attempts will be subjected to additional charges borne by the customer.

RETURNS POLICY

1) DO YOU PROVIDE RETURNS OR REFUNDS?

We do not provide refunds or cash backs. Returns and exchanges are also not applicable other than manufacturer’s defect. Shipping cost is non-refundable and all costs for return shipment will be borne by purchasers.

2) THE ITEM RECEIVED IS DEFECTED

Please inspect your purchase once you have received. Damages or defects must be lodged within 24 hours of package arrival by email to enquiry@beautycarousel.com. No claim can be made after 24 hours of receipt without notifying Beauty Carousel.

Merchandise must be returned within 4 days (for local purchasers and 10 days for overseas purchasers) from the date of lodge. Merchandise returned after 4 days will not be entertained. Shipping cost is non-refundable and the purchaser is responsible for postage costs for any returned items.

Refund will not be allowed if the item has been damaged or made defective by purchasers or is the item has been damaged in the process of transit.

3) CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER PAYMENT IS MADE?

No cancellation is allowed once payment is made. Please ensure that you're confirmed about your items before checkout.
