Shipping / Delivery Charges

All orders are processed and shipped within 2-5 business days by Singapore local standard mail. We encourage you to opt for Singapore local registered mail at only S$2.24. www.beautycarousel.com will not be responsible should the purchaser fail to receive their order when not using Singapore local registered mail.

We use SingPost for local delivery and SpeedPost Worldwide Courier for international delivery. All international deliveries will be sent by registered mail and should take about 7-10 business days depending on location. www.beautycarousel.com is not responsible for service transit time. Transit times are provided by courier and may vary with package destination, particularly during peak periods.

All deliveries will be attempted once. Subsequent delivery attempts will be subject to additional charges to be borne by the purchaser.

For international delivery, overseas purchasers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties on items ordered from overseas imposed by your home country.

Delivery Address

Orders can be sent to another delivery address specified at the "indicated destination" header in the check-out page.

We are unable to accept orders for P.O. Box addresses. We are not responsible for errors submitted incorrectly by purchasers.

Order Tracking

If your order does not arrive after 5 working days from your last notification (for local Purchasers; and 10 days for overseas purchasers), please email us enquiry@beautycarousel.com and quote your invoice number.

Return Policy. Returns & Exchanges

We do not provide refunds or cash backs. Returns and exchanges are also not applicable other than manufacturer’s defect. Shipping cost is non-refundable and all costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Damaged & Defective Merchandise

Please inspect your purchase once you have received. Damages or defects must be lodged within 24 hours of package arrival by email enquiry@beautycarousel.com. No claims can be made after 24 hours of receipt without notifying www.beautycarousel.com.

Merchandise must be returned within 4 days (for local purchasers and 10 days for overseas purchasers) from the date of lodge. Merchandise returned after 4 days will not be entertained. Shipping cost is non-refundable and the purchaser is responsible for postage costs for any returned items.

Refund is not accepted if the item has been damaged or made defective by purchasers.

Cancellation

No cancellation is allowed once payment is made.
